You can just watch, reach in with god powers (a golden age, a revolt, peace for everyone), paint your own borders and run them, or take over any nation and lead it yourself. Every world is a link anyone can replay.
New this week: run 2,000 years of history and get it back as one smooth 60-second video. Empires collapse, the Roman Empire can rise again, kingdoms become republics.
It started as a fast war game. Players kept telling me the fun part was watching the world, so I rebuilt it around that, straight from their comments.
