Hey Product Hunt. I'm Ray, founder of SecondLook.
This started as a personal problem. I own a rental property, and I wanted to know what guests were actually saying about it. So I spent a week hand-copying every Airbnb, VRBO, and Vacasa review and photo into ChatGPT to get an analysis. The output was messy, so I built a structured reporting framework to make it readable, and the result was eye-opening. There were a ton of findings that I had not seen before. Things guests mentioned again and again that I'd never noticed. Some as simple as 59% of guests have kids with them, and yet I did not have any kids' dinnerware.
Then I realized: no host is going to spend a week doing all of this work. So I automated the whole thing.
