Most creator tools help you write scripts. ScriptGuard is different β a pre-publish risk check that catches problems before they cost you. Paste your script, get an evidence-based report: policy violations with the exact rule, originality concerns, and expression quality scored. Each issue includes an explanation and suggested fix. Free: policy risk scan. Pro: title, tags, thumbnail & copyright checks. Built by a video editor tired of seeing videos flagged.

Hey Product Hunt! π I'm Half Rui, a video editor β and the maker of ScriptGuard.
I kept watching the same thing happen: a creator spends days on a video, it starts getting views, and then the yellow "limited ads" icon appears out of nowhere. No explanation. Just a dead revenue line.
The frustrating part is that most of these issues are preventable. The words and topics that trip YouTube's advertiser-friendly guidelines are usually knowable in advance β but creators only find out after their reach is already capped.
So I built ScriptGuard to check your script before you publish, not after.
What it does today (free): β Paste your script β It scans it against real YouTube monetization policies β It flags the specific lines that might put your monetization at risk β And shows you the actual policy text behind each flag, plus a suggested rewrite
That last part is the whole point. I didn't want a tool that just says "β οΈ risky!" and leaves you guessing β every flag comes with the evidence, so you can decide for yourself.
What's next: β’ Pro (coming soon) β checks for your title, description, tags, thumbnail, and footage copyright β’ Further down the road β channel-level monitoring
π To celebrate the launch, the first 20 PH users get free Pro access when it ships.
I'd love your feedback, especially from creators:
What's the worst demonetization surprise you've had?
Would you run every script through a tool like this?
Thanks so much for checking it out β and for any upvotes and comments. π
