I'm a practicing physician and the founder of Scribeable. I built an AI medical scribe that drafts a note and then runs a separate verification pass. When the audio or chart context is ambiguous, it asks the clinician to clarify.
Scribeable includes 236 clinical calculators computed in code. There are dedicated templates for 45 specialties, and I personally help Pro customers set up their custom note templates. The account belongs to the clinician and can move with them across employers.
Pro costs $79 per month for unlimited notes. The 14-day Pro trial requires a card on file and allows up to 150 notes. Cancel before it ends to avoid a charge; otherwise Pro bills $79 per month from day 14.
