Hey Product Hunt š I'm Tom, and I built Scenario.
Most founders I know make their biggest money decisions with half a spreadsheet and a gut feeling. Should I raise prices? Can I afford to hire? Why did revenue dip? Accountants tell you what happened last year; nobody tells you what happens next.
Scenario connects to Stripe, read-only, or works from three rough numbers if you don't use Stripe. Then you can ask it things:
ā¢ "Who's at risk of leaving?" It names them, says why, and writes the message.
ā¢ "What if I raise prices 10%?" It runs the maths on your real numbers (a fixed engine does the figures, never the AI) and tells you where it stops paying off.
ā¢ "How long will my cash last?" Your runway, and the month it runs out.
One thing I cared about: your customers' names and emails are never sent to the AI. It sees a reference, and the name only appears on your screen.
