Hey Product Hunt!
I built Sawarri to solve a real everyday problem in Pakistan — rising fuel costs and unreliable commutes. It's a simple carpooling platform where you can:
Offer your empty car seats & earn back petrol cost
Find a ride on your route — city or intercity
Travel safely — verified drivers, women-only rides, SOS button
No app download needed — just open sawarri.com and go
Would love your feedback and support. Happy to answer any questions!

The no-app signup is such a smart move for the Pakistani market where data is precious and downloads get skipped. Love seeing the women-only rides option baked in too, shows the team actually thought about real safety concerns on the ground.

@edith_callowayThank you so much, Edith! You've captured exactly why we built it this way. In Pakistan, mobile data is precious and people often skip downloading new apps, so we made signup completely no-app — anyone can offer or find a ride straight from the browser. And the women-only rides aren't just a feature for us, they're a responsibility. Safety for our sisters and daughters comes first, which is why we've added verified drivers, female driver badges, an SOS button, and emergency contacts. Feedback like yours keeps us going — thank you!

@faran_raja Thanks Faran, appreciate the kind words. To be honest, safety was the whole reason I started building this. Carpooling only works if people actually feel safe, so the SOS button and women-only rides were non-negotiable for me. Would love if you give it a try and tell me what you think.
