Save Your PUB Files: Batch convert Publisher PUB files to PDF

Hi Product Hunt! I built Save Your PUB Files because many people still have large archives of Microsoft Publisher files, and opening them one by one just to save them as PDFs is tedious. My goal was to make that process as simple as possible. The app lets you choose a source folder, choose an output folder, find the PUB files, and convert them in one batch. It works locally on Windows and uses your installed, licensed copy of Microsoft Publisher for the conversion. While working on it, I deliberately kept the scope narrow instead of turning it into a general document converter. The focus is just one problem: helping people deal with many old Publisher files quickly. I’d be interested to hear how others are handling old Publisher archives.
