It's just about the worst CMS I've ever used. Whatever it says it does, none of it works in production.
Great platform.
The potential of portable text is huge.
I love the image "hotspot" option/feature.
Simple and easy to customize schema.
I would like to see more "official" integration examples.
It's easy to use and very good for rapid development.
Sanity is just awesome and the new update is Wow! Congrats to the team!
It's a great product. The documentation and developer relations seemed to be stretched by the constant growth. Seeing older (outdated?) docs/support content archived would be great. Support is offered in many channels, which is great for some. I would prefer fewer options and more effort in the core docs.
Sanity has been an awesome platform to build
structured and omnichannel content. It’s super customizable by developers and really helps me deliver experiences that empower and delight my clients.
The real-time collaboration is unbelievable. I can confidently say that it is better than Google doc (and Sanity is full CMS!) You really need to check it out because they have even more amazing features for developers.
As a developer, i love working with Sanity as a "Headless" CMS. It's easy to set up and configure, and especially in Sanity Studio v3, it's so much easier to fully customize how the Studio (the CMS admin interface, a self-hosted react app) looks and works.
In my opinion, Sanity is the best solution for managing structured content in single source of truth, making it a great foundation to build any digital product on top of.
Also the Sanity community is great – really friendly and helpful!
