Hey all! I've worked as a Software Engineer in enterprise and startup companies such as Auth0 where I saw many features being built that were not needed. Companies are wasting time building things based on opinions, anecdotes, the weakest form of evidence. To claim we 'know' something, we need experiments, the scientific method. Combine this empirical method of knowledge with qualitative feedback and you get one of the highest forms of evidence you can have in any field of study.
