Sam is an AI SalesOps employee built for B2B teams running on HubSpot or Salesforce. It works over email to keep your CRM clean by catching duplicate records, logging calls, flagging stuck deals, missing next steps, messy data, and missed follow-up opportunities. Before anything changes, Sam sends the work for your review, so your team stays in control.

Hey Product Hunters!
We built Sam because most B2B teams do not need another CRM dashboard. The real problem is keeping the CRM clean, current, and actually useful. Sam works over email like a SalesOps teammate. It flags duplicate records, stuck deals, missing next steps, messy data, and follow-up opportunities, then sends the work for review before anything changes. The main idea is simple: help sales teams clean up the operational work without giving up control of their CRM.
I would love your feedback. If you use HubSpot or Salesforce, what is the first CRM task you would want to hand off?

One thing that would make Sam a no-brainer for our team is Slack or Teams notifications when a deal has been stalled for more than two weeks, so the whole pod sees it at the same time instead of relying on email digests. Right now I worry the alert might get buried. A quick ping with a deep link straight to the deal in HubSpot would keep everyone looped in without adding another tool to check.

@mustafa884297 Thanks for your advice! That makes sense. We’ve actually discussed this option, and it’s something we’re planning to add soon. By the way, how do you usually notice a stuck deal right now? Does someone review the pipeline, or do you handle it another way?
