Most people who see something wrong at work either stay quiet or tell someone who cannot act on it. Anonymous forms do not fix that on their own: they collect a report and leave the person with no way back in.
SalamaTalk is built around one rule. Give the reporter a tracking ID instead of an identity. No account, no email, no phone number. Pick your organization, say what happened or what could be better, keep the ID. That ID is the only key to the case, and it is how you read the reply.
On the other side, HR and executive logins work a single queue split into two lanes: incidents that need investigating, and suggestions that need deciding. Suggestions are first-class here, because much of what makes a workplace better starts as an idea rather than an allegation.
What is actually inside:
- Voice intake in Swahili and Sheng, because that is how most people here speak
- Two-way translation, so a reporter and an HR officer can each write in their own language
- Live support: the reporter can ask for a human and end the session when they are done
- Evidence attachments, case ownership with workload, and an audit trail on every action
- An Android companion app, in development now
Pricing is a free trial, then plans priced by the number of HR and executive logins. Quote on request, because I would rather size it to the organization than publish a number that fits nobody.
Ask me anything, including the hard questions about what anonymity can and cannot promise.
