SafeDocs treats critical documents as living records, not static files. Beyond secure storage, it brings document lifecycle management into one platform with immutable version history, expiry tracking, renewal reminders, verification workflows and audit history—helping individuals and organizations manage what happens to important documents over time.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Sojib, founder of SafeDocs.
SafeDocs started from a simple observation: critical documents aren't static files.
Passports, national IDs, trade licenses, visas, certificates and business records expire. They get renewed, replaced, verified and sometimes audited. Yet most of us still manage them using cloud folders, email, spreadsheets and calendar reminders.
Initially, I thought the problem was simply better document storage. As I worked on the product, the idea evolved: the real opportunity is managing the document lifecycle.
That's why SafeDocs is being built around secure storage, immutable version history, verification, expiry tracking, renewal notifications and audit history.
We're still early and preparing for private beta. I'm especially interested in learning which lifecycle workflows people find most valuable and where SafeDocs can save the most administrative work.
I'd love your feedback: What's the most important document you've ever forgotten to renew—or worried about losing track of?
Thanks for checking out SafeDocs!
