Most wellness apps give you more content. SABAH gives you a ritual. In 10 minutes, each morning guides you through a check-in, breathwork, movement, and reflection in one simple flow. No endless library, no complicated routine, and no deciding what to do next. The ritual time stays the same, making consistency easier. Built in the UAE and available in English and Arabic.

Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built SABAH around a very simple question: why does taking care of ourselves so often become another thing we have to manage?
Most wellness apps give us more — more workouts, more meditations, more choices, more things to save for later.
I wanted to build the opposite.
SABAH is one 10-minute morning ritual: check in, breathe, move, reflect.
The time doesn't keep increasing. You don't have to build a routine from hundreds of options or decide what you should do every morning. You simply open SABAH and begin.
The idea is that consistency becomes easier when the ritual is small enough to actually keep.
We also built SABAH in English and Arabic, here in the UAE, because I wanted the experience to feel relevant to this part of the world rather than simply translating an existing wellness concept.
This is still the beginning, and I'd genuinely love your feedback — what makes you actually stick to a morning routine?
