**I built a notes app because my notes apps kept becoming another job.** I did not need another system that asked me to configure a database, learn a new taxonomy, maintain a complex knowledge graph, or move my thinking into somebody else’s cloud. I needed somewhere to open the day, write what mattered, keep a few notes nearby, and see the work that was still unfinished. That became **RPAi Daily**. It is a local-first desktop workspace for: - Daily notes connected to a Calendar - regular Markdown notes in tabs - search and nested folders - a simple Board with Parking Lot - ordinary files that remain readable outside the application No account. No cloud synchronization. No telemetry. No proprietary note format. The first public version is now available for Windows and macOS Intel. It is free. Not because the work has no value, but because I want the first public product from RPAi Systems to be immediately useful. I have spent a long time talking about technology that removes friction. Now there is something people can actually download and test.
