RollDate is a dependency-free JavaScript date picker built around scroll-first interaction. Choose single, range, or multiple dates, add time selection, highlights, presets, localization and more — without React, Vue, jQuery or UI dependencies.
I built RollDate because I wanted a date picker that felt less like a desktop calendar and more like the native date pickers we're used to on mobile.
The project started as a small experiment with scroll-based date navigation and gradually grew into a full date picker with single, range and multi-date selection, time picking, localization, highlighted dates and range presets.
It's completely dependency-free and works with plain JavaScript, so there's no React, Vue or jQuery requirement.
