The biggest difference from other social platforms is our phase-matching. We don't throw everyone in one room. Take a developer road in Road Mates vs. a developer subreddit: we divide the journey into phases, and people within each phase match together — you don't even see content from people 10 levels ahead of you. Think of it as Duolingo's structure meeting Reddit's community — but phase-matched.









The phase-matching idea actually changes how it feels to scroll, like being in a small group instead of a crowded feed. Refreshing to not see people way ahead showing off what I haven't touched yet.
@sedanurnnjz That's exactly the feeling we built for. Most feeds show you the loudest voice regardless of where they are on the road — this one only shows you the people in the same room as you, right now. Really glad it landed the way it was meant to.
