Rishikesh really is the perfect setting for this — the Ganga views during sunrise pranayama made the whole experience feel grounding. The teachers take time to correct alignment, which I appreciated as someone refining basics rather than chasing advanced poses.
The morning pranayama session by the Ganga was such a calm, grounding start to the day. Teachers were patient and really broke down the philosophy in ways that stuck with me long after class ended.
