Riptal is an AI engineering company. We are building an enterprise-scale AVM which relies on deep learning algorithms to estimate values for commercial properties, discover undervalued investment opportunities and forecast how it will fluctuate for the next three years But that wasn t always the case. A few years ago some of my friends decided to invest in properties and I decided to code some rudimentary algorithms to help track the entire web for real estate data/listings, no matter how chaotic it is. This led to identifying investment opportunities, lucrative areas and hidden gems through real estate market analysis and real time access to listings.

Interesting project. Is the API real time? I am curious about the delay between updates on real estate postings on websites or MLS databases and the API.

@taylorxaluperez As you can imagine, we aim to keep the delay as low as possible. Mostly it will depend on the chosen plan - it varies from max 2 hours to 30 minutes.
