As an indie developer, I got tired of the daily routine of jumping between App Store Connect, Stripe, RevenueCat, and Lemon Squeezy β just to see how my products were performing. Each platform had its own interface, and checking revenue across all of them became a tedious chore.
Thatβs why I built RevStash β a clean, simple app that brings all your earnings into one place.
β Unified revenue tracking from App Store, Stripe, RevenueCat, and Lemon Squeezy π Total earnings overview, with detailed transaction history per platform π± iOS home widget so you can glance at your revenue right from your home screen π Secure API key storage using iOS Keychain β your data stays private and local
This started as a personal project to solve my own problem, but I quickly realized other indie devs and makers were facing the same pain. RevStash is meant to reduce the friction in your workflow β letting you focus more on building, and less on clicking through tabs.
I'll be adding support for more platforms based on user feedback, so if there's one you'd love to see, let me know!
Would love to hear what you think π

With so many indie developers juggling various platforms is there a plan for RevStash to support Android or web based dashboards for a more cohesive view?
@olivia_johnston1Β Currently, RevStash is mainly a revenue viewer. But in a future release, we plan to add MRR projections to help you estimate your recurring income over time.

Great potential. Do I need to provide full API access to link my developer account?
I know tracking revenue across different platforms can get pretty chaotic. Does RevStash work with integrations beyond just the App Store, like Stripe or Google Play?
@faizullo_suponyorovΒ RevStash already supports Stripe, just add your API key into the app configuration. As for Google Play, there's currently no practical way to retrieve real-time revenue data.

@noah_ortizΒ Android support is already plannedπ
I love the concept but how you manage data security and privacy, especially since youβre aggregating sensitive revenue information on-device.
Is RevStash merely a viewer or can it assist with forecasting or projecting monthly recurring revenue based on trends?

@arianna_wrightΒ Some revenue platforms require you to provide your own API keys. You can check the guide here.
This is an amazing idea. Does it work with TestFlight builds or is it only functional after the public release?
Savvyshot
@benjamin_anderson3Β You can use it right away after the public release!
