Hi Hunters! 👋 I'm Fariz, the maker behind Revenue Auditor. Reviewing massive enterprise contracts usually takes legal teams days, and pasting sensitive B2B agreements into ChatGPT or Claude is a massive data privacy risk. I wanted to solve this by bringing the AI directly to where the notes live. I built Revenue Auditor to process heavy legal documents strictly locally inside Obsidian. To stress-test the setup, I recently fed it a complex 133-page Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract from Bloom Energy. The results blew my mind. In just 90 seconds, entirely on local hardware (Llama 3), the plugin: 🔹 Extracted the exact multi-million dollar contract value ($7.05M). 🔹 Identified hidden risk clauses and penalty triggers (e.g., 2.0% per annum fees). 🔹 Kept 100% of the commercial data private and on-device. We are still fine-tuning the CSV transaction reconciliation parser, but the core engine for extracting legal data from 100+ page PDFs is working flawlessly.
