Reticket is a verification-first ticket resale marketplace. Every listing is cryptographically verified using zero knowledge proof against the seller's original booking, prices are capped at purchase price, KYC-verified sellers lock a non-revocable security deposit, and payouts release only after the event happens.

hey product hunt 👋
i'm Aniket, building reticket from india.
ticket resale everywhere runs on trust between strangers: screenshots on whatsapp, "bro trust me" DMs, and marketplaces that let anyone list a ticket they don't own, then clean up the fraud after your money is gone. even the billion-dollar resale platforms work this way.
we flipped the order. on reticket, nothing goes live until it's proven:
🎫 proof of ownership. sellers log into their own ticketing account (bookmyshow / skillbox) and their device generates a zero-knowledge proof of the booking. no valid proof, no listing. we never see their password.
🪪 verified humans. sellers complete aadhaar-backed digilocker KYC and carry a blue tick buyers can see before paying. you're not buying from user_8342.
💸 zero markup. the proof tells us the exact purchase price, and the listing is hard-capped at it. no profit in reselling means no scalping.
🔒 a security deposit with no escape hatch. every seller locks ₹499 to ₹4,999 via a non-revocable UPI mandate. the money stays reserved in their own bank account, but they can't cancel the mandate. only we can release it, automatically after delivery. fail to deliver, and the deposit funds the buyer's 100% refund plus compensation.
⏳ payouts after the event. sellers get paid only after the show happens and the dispute window closes. there is no moment to take the money and run.
the bigger picture: resale has been a casino for decades. bots win the drop, fans pay 4x, and the platforms take a cut of all of it. we're building the version where prices are capped at whatever local law allows and every ticket is provably real. today it's two platforms and one country. the goal is to be the default way tickets change hands between fans, everywhere.
live on web + iOS, india-only for now. ask me anything, especially the skeptical questions. i'll be here all day 🎸
