Update: After complaining about losing the resume I worked on because of some glitch or a connection problem — Fernando was super accommodating and generous to solve the problem promptly. This is an update, with the customer support my problem was solved and I would change my rating to 4.5/5 definitely. 👍 Thank you Fernando for the prompt response and finding a way to solve the problem. Hats off. For anyone reading this; GIVE THIS A TRY, it’s one of the simplest and most robust resume creators/editors I’ve personally used + you can import your previous resume and ResumeMaker will find its way to copy all the information you had previously on your resume as a way to take it from there. AI 🤖 integration for improvements is definitely a HUGE plus. Keep up the good work and thank you again.. - Jad

I had a very disappointing experience with ResumeMaker.Online. After canceling my subscription, I requested a refund multiple times, but all my requests were ignored. The lack of response from customer support is frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better service and communication, but this was not the case. I wouldn't recommend the platform based on my experience, especially if you need reliable customer support. I’d like to clarify my situation. I used the tool for one month, but when I no longer needed it for the second month, I attempted to cancel my subscription. There was no clear button or option to do so, which is why I reached out to ask about the cancellation process. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response to my inquiry at that time. My request was not about misunderstanding subscriptions, but about poor communication and the lack of a proper cancellation process. This reflects bad product management, and I believe any customer would expect clearer instructions and better service.

Needed to make a few updates to my resume and this was perfect for that. The only hiccup happened when sharing to access the free download. I shared on LinkedIn first since I felt that was the most appropriate place to post about a Resume Tool, but the lock remained. So I shared on Twitter as well. The fact that this option is offered separates ResumeMaker.Online from similar services, and is greatly appreciated.

Great product with a clear focus on CX and bringing value to users. The highlight honestly was how supportive and available Fernando was when I faced a small frontend UI issue, that got quickly addressed and handled. I would recommend this product to anyone that works or wants to at least😅. It saves time, looks good, easy to use and the AI used is quite brilliant. A possible challenge I'd point out would be the scalability of the overall solution — Having said that, being a highly specialized product can actually turn into a possible hidden strength as in this case, IMO this is a way more efficient solution than other platforms where you maybe have more freedom in the structure and design.
