Rested turns the sleep, heart, activity and workout data already in Apple Health into a clear view of your recovery. See a daily Recovery Score, an explained Push, Maintain or Recover plan, overnight vitals, long-term trends and personal insights—with honest confidence labels when data is limited. Rested is free, requires no account, has no ads or subscription, and keeps health analysis and history on your devices. The public TestFlight beta is open for iPhone and Apple Watch users.
Hi Everyone,
I’m Raaj, the maker of Rested.
I built Rested because most recovery apps give you a score before they give you an explanation. I wanted something calmer: a morning view that shows what changed, how
confident the guidance is and what you can reasonably do with it today.
Rested reads the sleep, heart, activity and workout data you choose to share through Apple Health. It turns those signals into a daily Recovery Score, an explained Push, Maintain or Recover plan, longer-term trends and personal insights. Missing data stays visibly unavailable instead of quietly becoming zero.
Privacy shaped the product from the beginning. Rested has no account, subscription, advertising or external health database. The analysis and history remain on your devices.
The public TestFlight beta is open now. Apple Watch provides the most complete overnight picture, but Rested can also use compatible sleep data from other sources in Apple Health and lowers its confidence when signals are limited.
I’d especially value feedback on three things:
1. Does the first morning view make sense without explanation from me?
2. Do the confidence labels help you trust the app’s limits?
3. What would make the daily plan genuinely useful rather than just another score?
You can test Rested here: https://testflight.apple.com/joi...

Thanks for taking a look. I’ll be here through launch day to answer questions and learn from your feedback. Cheers!
Raaj

Love that the confidence labels on every metric tell me when the data is actually meaningful—it's rare to see an app be that upfront about its own limits instead of faking precision.

@onur1850537 Thanks so much, and that's one thing with all my apps: not to exaggerate anything and be real.
