A ledger of what your project decided, learned the hard way and forbade, plus a task queue, that Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and any MCP client read before they act and add to as they work. Agents stop repeating reverted changes, and a new session starts where the last one stopped.

Hi Product Hunt! I built RepoMemory because my coding agents kept making the same mistakes: re-adding a change we'd reverted, or retrying an approach we'd already ruled out, because every new session starts with no memory of the last.
RepoMemory is a shared ledger for a project: decisions, lessons learned the hard way, guardrails, and a task queue. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client reads a brief at the start of each session and recalls before each change, and both of those calls are free. When a new decision replaces an old one, the old one is retired, so agents never act on something the team reversed. Agents claim a task before starting it, and the claim runs out after two hours unless it's renewed.
Setup is one line in your repo: npx @plexsicity/repomemory init. The free plan is 300 new entries a month, no card.
I'd love to hear what your agents keep getting wrong, and whether this would catch it.
