Reply Agent: two weeks of waiting, zero comments posted, zero support responses.
Has anyone actually managed to get this Reddit automation product working?
I tried it for two weeks. The generated comments were pretty good. But what good are comments if they never get posted?
The core function failed in my experience. Customer support made it worse.
Chat messages? No response.
Emails? No response.
An email to the CEO? Silence there too.
I shouldn’t have to chase a company’s CEO to get basic support for its product.
My experience with Reply Agent has been deeply disappointing: decent comment generation, failed posting and nobody responding when things go wrong.
Think twice before spending money on this product. Until they fix the posting issue and start answering customers, I cannot recommend it.
A product that generates comments but never publishes them has failed at the very job it promises to do.

This service is a scam. Paid $20, tried to get it sorted out with their support. Ended with me being called a scammer. How when they fraudulently took $20 from me I don't know.
This may be a temporary comment until ReplyAgent issues us a full refund, as they haven't published a single post or comment for several weeks.
We're disappointed with the service so far and are eagerly awaiting a refund.
I hope we don't have to write any more angry comments.
