We've been building reOS since early this year and we're super happy to finally put it out there.
The idea is simple: a research operating system that covers everything your customer research needs. You plan your studies, recruit participants, conduct the interviews, analyze what you learn, and then actually act on it. That last part matters a lot to us. Findings shouldn't die in a slide deck, they should kick off your next study. That's how you close the research loop.
And if you're not running one-off studies, you can just ingest ongoing data streams. Support tickets, sales calls, forwarded emails, it all flows in and gets analyzed automatically.

Curious how this handles multiple languages or transcripts that need translation before analysis? Also wondering if you can pull in feedback from sources like Slack or email without a manual upload step.

On languages: transcription supports 95 languages out of the box, and full analysis currently works in 10: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, and Portuguese. So you can drop in a Spanish or Japanese interview and it gets transcribed and analyzed directly, no separate translation step needed.
On pulling in feedback without manual uploads: we have channels that connect to several tools, and a Slack integration is coming soon. Email already works really nicely, you can simply forward emails to reOS and they get ingested into your data automatically, analyzed, and everything.
