I built RentFray because collecting rent shouldn't require landlords to pay for a large, complicated property management system. The idea was to focus on the part smaller landlords actually need: knowing who paid, who hasn't, what each tenant owes, and giving tenants a simple way to pay online. RentFray handles online rent collection, tenant balances, payment tracking, late fees, recurring charges, and manual payments from a straightforward dashboard. Property owners and managers pay $0 per month to use it. My goal with RentFray is simple: make rent collection easier for independent landlords and smaller property operators without turning it into another expensive software subscription.
