RenterFinder is India's rental-only property platform. No buying, no selling, no brokers. It flips the rental search. Renters publish a profile with budget, preferred localities, BHK, family size and move-in date. Landlords browse that list and reach out to the people who fit, instead of posting a listing and waiting. Chat is AI and human moderated, and phone numbers stay private until both sides show real intent. Unlimited chat is free and there is no broker commission.
I built RenterFinder because finding a tenant in India usually means handing a broker a month's rent to do work you end up doing yourself anyway.
The core idea is a flip. Renters publish a profile with their budget, the localities they want, BHK, family size and move-in date. Landlords browse that list and message the people who actually fit, rather than posting a listing and sorting through whoever turns up.
Chat happens inside the platform and is moderated by both AI and human moderators, so phone numbers stay private until both sides mean it. That removes most of the spam and the broker calls.
Unlimited chat is free and there is no broker commission. A platform service fee applies only once a deal actually moves forward.
Primary market is Bangalore for now. Happy to answer anything about how the moderation works, or how the renter-first model holds up in practice.
