This looks amazing! I won't pretend I know much about SRE, deployments and such. But one totally mind-blowing thing is that once you put a natural language interface on top, you vastly open up the user cases and personas for the product. Suddenly, I can speak in plain language, and it can provide me feedback in plain language. I don't need to know all the jargon, know the data/infra model, etc... the amount of preexisting knowledge needed is way less. "- the app is slow. Can you check the systems and see what services are under-performing? Also, give me who owns them and the eventual dependencies that we need to consider. " This looks so powerful that I wonder what would be the effect when PMs can use this, or someone in Customer Service, notices a spike in performance-related tickets. definitely worth checking/following

As a PM myself, I can only whole heartedly agree with you about the value of opening up engineering questions and impacts to non engineering stakeholders. The AI Assistant is a great way to make the info available to all, SLOs are on the other side a great way to define and measure engineering impact on business targets. By bringing the two in one place, we sincerely hope to make it a game changer

Joke aside, as a software developer with no patience regarding SRE work and infrastructure in general, this will definitely help keep track of everything I deem worthy, the customization it offers is such a must!

And to answer directly, yes this one of the main goals: using the combination of semantic search and SLOs to bridge the gap between engineering and business goals. As a PM myself the usage here is clear, we also hope to extend it to other similar stakeholders like Support teams.

@geepytee Thanks for the support and suggestion! - Regarding the product demo, we'll be adding the recording very soon to the website. - We do mean in writing (either through our integrated chat, or through Slack -coming soon). But tbh this is a good suggestion: usually voice commands are not a typical B2B feature because who would speak to their computer in an open office? But with the rise of remote work, it might become more of a thing. @geepytee how and where would you use it? Please feel free to reach out on Rely.io, I'd love to hear more about your idea
