Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Alex, the founder of Relio.
I built Relio because I saw a gap that frustrated me: small e-commerce store owners were losing sales every day simply because they couldn't be online 24/7 to answer product questions. The existing solutions were either too expensive (Intercom starts at $39/seat/mo) or too dumb (rule-based chatbots that frustrate customers more than they help).
The problem I wanted to solve: A customer lands on your store at 2am, wants to know which moisturizer works for dry skin, doesn't find the answer in 10 seconds, and leaves. That's lost revenue, and it happens hundreds of times a day.
How Relio is different: Instead of keyword matching ("you said X, here's a canned response"), Relio uses semantic vector search to actually understand what the customer needs and recommend the right products. It feels like talking to a knowledgeable salesperson, not a bot reading a script.
