I created Rekeep because I noticed a few things: We all have 20 different WhatsApp groups, and it’s a nightmare to gather everyone’s videos. We don’t really look back at our memories—everything gets lost in endless camera rolls. My grandmother wanted to see my life, but Instagram felt too complicated for her. I wanted a simple place where I could have private albums only with my girlfriend, and others just with my friends—something Instagram doesn’t allow. That’s why I built Rekeep: A place only for videos—because photos capture a moment, but videos keep it alive. You decide who joins which album. Family, friends, or just one person—it’s up to you.
