Your diet is scattered across a log, a supplement combo, and food labels. Regent brings it together in one calm picture, for anyone who tracks macros, vitamins, supplements, and most nutrients. Snap a meal and AI reads the plate, check supplements, and see what's nicely covered and what's still to go, with each food naming its source and contribution. Moments is a new way through the day, a page for every part. Regent does the heavy lifting. You decide where to go next. iPhone and Apple Watch.

Hi PH!
I'm Nemanja, and I built Regent because I wanted to see my entire diet and incoming nutrition, step by step, in one place that was easier as a comprehensive picture.
The diet apps I tried looked a lot alike, and opening them had started to feel like a chore. Each was good at a few things. I kept looking for one that put my entire diet in front of me at once: every macro, every vitamin and mineral, and every supplement I take, added up into one picture of the day.
That is what Regent shows:
• One complete picture. Meals, macros, micronutrients, and your supplement stack add up in the same totals, against NIH reference amounts and upper limits. Tap a vitamin/mineral to see each food and supplement behind its number.
• Moments. A new way to move through your day: each part gets its own page (morning stack, each meal, evening stack, Nutrition, and the day itself), and Today opens on what's due now.
• Data you can trace. AI makes logging quick, and the data underneath decides whether the numbers can be trusted, so I spent a long time there. Each food shows where its numbers came from (USDA, Open Food Facts, a restaurant's published menu, a photographed label, or an AI estimate), and AI estimates wait for your review.
• The heavy lifting. A regent runs things on behalf of whoever holds the crown, and that is you. Snap a meal and AI reads the plate, Ask my Regent answers from your own diary, and your usual meals log in one tap. You decide where to go next.
For iPhone and Apple Watch, adults 18 and older, in the US and Canada App Stores, in English. Free to download; one subscription covers the whole app, $10.99 a month or $69.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. I am generally considering making this app fully free, but that would mean having to show adds to pay for the AI costs. As someone who does not like seeing ads, I assumed others do not either.
One question: when you look at your diet, what do you most want to see at a glance? Are things about other diet apps, the big names, that you just find is outdated? I'm here all day and will answer every comment.
