I kept wanting the "join the waitlist, refer friends to skip the line" mechanic for my launches — the one Superhuman and Robinhood used. The tools that do it (GetWaitlist, LaunchList) are hosted SaaS: you don't own your signup data, and just removing GetWaitlist's branding is their $50/mo plan.
So I built Refqueue — free, open-source, self-hosted. MIT licensed.

Unique referral link per signup; confirmed referrals move you up
Double opt-in on referrals — a fake referral costs a real inbox, so the numbers stay honest
Maker dashboard: positions, top referrers, 30-day chart, CSV export
