I made ReduceSize KB for the awkward combination of file-size and pixel requirements on online application forms. It processes photos and signatures in the browser, so the files stay on the user's device. You can set a KB ceiling and optional minimum size or exact pixels, then inspect the checks before downloading. There is also an increase-size tool for minimum-KB requirements. I would welcome feedback on confusing requirements or results that are hard to read.
