I track my budget and expenses every month, and almost every month I'd find money Amazon still owed me. Sometimes a refund never came through. Other times Amazon said it never received a return I'd already dropped off. Each one meant contacting Amazon to sort it out. Checking all of that by hand every month took a lot of time, and it was easy to make mistakes and miss things, so I built Recoup Hero to do it for me.
It connects to Amazon and your bank and matches each refund to a credit on your statement. When a refund never posted, came back short, or you got charged again after a return, it flags it and drafts a message you can send Amazon.
