How it works
Write or speak. Like any journal, in your own words. Voice becomes text you can edit before saving.
Tap Reflekt. You get a few plain sentences about the entry and one specific question. Reply underneath to keep going, or ask it directly for suggestions.
Ask Lucy about your past. "What helped the last time I felt this stretched?" She answers from your entries and shows the dates, so you can open them and check.
See then and now. Compare this month with last, and get pointed to older entries that today's writing connects to.
