We built Recepcionista after seeing how many small businesses lose valuable opportunities simply because nobody can answer every call. Existing call-centre solutions are often too expensive or complicated for local operators. Our goal was to create a practical Spanish-speaking AI receptionist that can be configured around real operating procedures, answer consistently around the clock, and help teams focus on the customers already in front of them. We would love feedback from businesses that manage appointments, reservations, urgent enquiries, or high inbound call volumes.
