RealTrade is a real estate marketplace where the community owns the platform. If you're an agent, no more buying leads from Zillow; interested buyers can contact you directly.
I met Ryan at 1909, our co-working space in West Palm. Real Trade stuck out to me because it empowers agents to own their data while giving buyers a superior buying experience to Zillow. The product is still in its infancy but looks great and works well. I'm excited to see where it can go for the sake of the industry. Check it out!
@mohnacky thanks for the hunt Nick! There is nothing like RealTrade in the marketplace. Community owned and curated platforms are the future!

I recommend RealTrade as the upcoming new competitor to Zillow, Trulia and Realtor. This new software is a great new tool out there for real estate agents, brokers and more. Itβs a level-up experience on how buyers/sellers can connect with realtors, and how realtors can build a social-following in an easy-to-use web-based platform. As a marketing director that has a background in two construction SaaS companies over the years, this real estate tech startup is the real deal. I look forward to seeing more!
@evonne_powers thanks! There is a lot more great things happening in the near future. Glad you like the platform.

Huge fan of RealTrade! Their founder Ryan is incredible. He sparks excitement and helps everyone in his network grow. RealTrade is a disruptive model that is building the gap. Look forward to using Real Trade in the future. (:
Love the idea @ryan_poole2. It give off an environmental effect for all real-estate agents and buyers to connect. To then find the right location locally than a ordinary location. π₯π₯π₯
I've always dreamed of a little cabin in the middle of the woods. I want to thank myself for the tips in this thread because I didn't know what I wanted from this property, but I knew I could find the perfect variant. It is essential for the place not to be long-distance from home and have access to the road. But I don't think I'd want to have neighbors around the house because I'd want some privacy. I would use my cabin to stay alone when I want to run away from the city and the job. I don't know how to choose my property, but I recently found this blog https://financialfreedomcountdow..., and I hope it will be helpful.

A great solution if you're a real estate agent , either starting or with some clientele already. But a piece of advice: make sure to work on your GMB and marketing! Peace :)
