RaveReply is the reputation right-hand for trades shops. Rev drafts a reply to every Google review - including the brutal 1-stars - in the owner's own voice, learned from how they actually write. You approve, it posts. Plus a free AI Visibility Scan: see whether ChatGPT recommends your shop when homeowners ask who to call, and who's getting those referrals instead. Built for 2-4 truck shops, not marketing teams. $24/mo, 14-day free trial.
Hey Product Hunt — I build software for the trades, and RaveReply came from watching shop owners lose the next job over a reviews tab they never have time to open.
Every 2-4 truck shop gets a "Rev": he drafts a reply to every Google review in YOUR voice — he learns it from replies you've actually written and from every edit you make. You tap approve, it posts. The brutal 1-stars get handled with class: no legal admissions, dispute moved offline, your name protected.
The part I'm most excited to share: the free AI Visibility Scan. This week we asked ChatGPT "who's the best HVAC company in Mesa, AZ?" for 24 real local shops — it recommended ZERO of them. Only mega-chains. Homeowners are already asking AI who to call, and small shops are invisible. Run your shop through it, no signup: app.ravereply.co/scan
Happy to answer anything about voice-matching, review compliance (a human approves every word), or what we learned scanning real shops. If you run a trades business — or know someone who does — I'd love your take.

Curious how it picks up on the owner's voice after just a few weeks of usage - does it need a longer history to nail the tone, or can it work from limited samples? Also wondering if it handles review responses in languages other than English.

@fahrettinkjjgm Great questions. On voice: it doesn't need weeks — Rev drafts from day one using a cold-start prompt (your trade, tone, a couple sample replies if you have them), so it's usable immediately. It tightens fast though: every edit you make to a draft before approving feeds back in, so by review 10-15 it's noticeably closer to how you'd actually write it. The biggest jump is usually the first week of edits, not elapsed time.
On language: English only right now, honestly. It's on the roadmap but not built — didn't want to ship a half-tested Spanish/etc voice and have it sound off. If you've got a specific language in mind I'd love to know which one's most requested, that'd help prioritize.
