This is a marvelous way to keep the focus on what needs to be done, not just what is urgent and immediate. I've worked at a massive global company where we would set okrs regularly, and revisit or stay accountable for them rarely. Exciting to see Range rethinking this process.

Great work team! 🎉 I'm not particularly a goals-oriented person. In past roles, I've been known to set them, and only pulling them back up 6 months later to review... But with Range Goals, I can share updates on goals where my work already happens (Slack, Range check-ins), without having to remember to pull up another goals/objectives tool.

Connecting daily work routines with long-term goals can be one of the trickiest things for any team to manage. It's easy to let the urgent rule and then have your productivity go fallow when not in crisis mode. What I love about Range Goals is how it invites long term planning & productivity into daily workflows - and encourages accountability to both yourself and your colleagues. Thank you.
