I believe the way we “measure” team dynamics and culture is broken. It’s all top down, a.k.a some HR initiative or process to fill out surveys. I want to make it peer-to-peer, starting with feedback culture. As a team member, manager, or leader, I want to know how my feedback-giving is perceived by those I manage or work with. So with RadicalDots, I collect that data and then use get tailored coaching based on my actual interactions. This makes measuring team dynamics & culture beneficial for the individual, not an annoying chore to do another survey or form to fill out. We can then aggregate the data across to company to give us an actual picture of the culture and team dynamics health, not having to rely on quarterly or yearly surveys.
