Hi Product Hunt! I built Radiant Shmup on my own, in Rust with the Bevy engine, after loving classic shoot'em ups like Radiant Silvergun and Raiden.
The thing I wanted to get right: bosses aren't just big health bars. Each one is made of separate weapon pods. Destroy a pod and it explodes, its guns go quiet, and it exposes a weak point that takes extra damage.
Levels 1-2 are free, no account and no ads. I'd love your feedback on the controls (drag, or a virtual stick) and the difficulty. What should I add next?
I am thinking if making a level editor for the community.
