Quiet Sleep helps people calm racing thoughts before bed with a short private thought-dump ritual. Write or speak what is looping in your head, get a gentle reflection without scores or therapy language, close the day, then fall asleep with optional sounds. No ads, no feed, no streak pressure.

Quick update: I refreshed the Product Hunt page with the new Quiet Sleep visuals and the current Android flow. The app is now focused around a small bedtime ritual: dump the thoughts, breathe for a minute, then switch to sleep sounds if needed.
I’d still love feedback on the positioning: does “private bedtime thought dump” make sense at a glance, or would you describe it differently?
Small update: I changed the Google Play first screenshot and short description to make the core use case clearer: getting thoughts out of your head before bed.
I am testing whether a more direct "bedtime thought dump" angle works better than softer sleep-app language. If you see the page, I would love a quick gut check: does the new positioning feel specific enough, or would you still not understand why you need it?
Small product update: I added a new Cognitive Shuffle method to Quiet Sleep.
The idea is for the moment when your mind keeps looping at bedtime. Instead of trying to force sleep, the app guides you through a simple mental shuffle: neutral words and images that gently redirect attention away from repetitive thoughts.
It now fits into the evening flow alongside the thought dump, breathing, and sleep sounds. Quiet Sleep is still intentionally minimal: no ads, no feed, no streak pressure.
Curious whether “cognitive shuffle” feels understandable as a feature name, or if I should explain it more simply as “shuffle your thoughts before sleep.”
