A small thing that would help a lot: let teachers peek at the shadow scores per student so they can see *why* the system is adjusting difficulty, not just the adjustment itself. Even a simple weekly summary view would make it way easier to trust the personalization and step in when needed.

Love the replay-governed approach, it makes sense for tracking real learning. One thing that would help my students though is a parent-facing summary view that translates the shadow scores and state memory into plain language progress notes we can glance at weekly.

A small thing that would help a lot - add a quick "explain why this answer is wrong" button right after a student misses a question. The hints are great but sometimes my kid just needs to see the reasoning broken down, not just the next hint in the sequence.

The replay-governed hints actually adapt to how I mess up, not just the final answer, which feels way more like a real tutor. Surprised how well it remembers where I struggled last session without me repeating myself.

Love the replay-governed approach, especially the idea of tuning hints based on what a student has already tried. One thing I'd love to see is a parent or teacher dashboard that summarizes the student's memory state and recent struggle points, so the adults guiding them can step in at the right moment. Would make this even more useful in real homes and classrooms.
