QuickQuote AI generates professional contractor estimates in 60 seconds using GPT-4o. Unlike generic invoice tools, it actually writes the estimate content - scope of work, line items, and pricing - based on what you describe. Review it, edit the numbers, download a PDF to send your client. Free plan: 5 quotes/month, no credit card. Built for movers, painters, landscapers, roofers, pressure washers, HVAC, and more.

Hey PH! I'm Ryan, the builder behind QuickQuote AI.
The problem: service contractors (movers, painters, landscapers, roofers, etc.) finish a 10-hour workday and then have to spend another 30-45 minutes writing up estimates they promised customers by morning. The blank page is the painful part — they already know what they want to charge, but making it look professional takes forever.
QuickQuote AI fixes that specific thing. You describe the job, GPT-4o writes the estimate — scope of work, line items, pricing — and you download a PDF in about 60 seconds. You can edit any number before downloading.
Honest status: just launched, zero paying users. Free plan is 5 quotes/month with no card required. Paid starts at $49/mo.
Would love feedback from anyone who's worked with tradespeople or service businesses. What am I missing? What would make this a no-brainer for a contractor to try?

Finally something built for actual trades. I described a small painting job and the scope of work came out better than what I usually type up myself, just had to tweak a couple prices. Really solid for the free tier.

Really cool concept, the scope generation from a quick description sounds like a huge time saver for solo contractors. One thing that would make this even better is letting users save their most common job templates (like "standard 2 bedroom move" or "single story roof replacement") so you can just pick one and tweak the details instead of retyping the same description every time. Would cut the 60 seconds down to like 10.

Love that the free plan actually lets you ship a real quote to a client without forcing a card up front. That decision alone tells me the team understands the trust problem contractors have with new tools.
