Quick Presenter is a lightweight cross-platform presenter tool for PDF slide decks, built for academic talks, research presentations, technical conferences, and online presentations over tools such as Zoom and Google Meet. Quick Presenter focuses on one job: open a PDF slide deck and help the speaker present it reliably. It is not a slide editor, a deck authoring tool, or a document management app.

Quick Presenter v1.4.0 is out! 🎉
Quick Presenter is a lightweight, open-source app for presenting PDF slides on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
This release makes live presentations smoother and more reliable:
- PDF rendering runs in isolated, sandboxed processes.
- Slide rendering adapts to your display.
- Presenter notes automatically adjust their text size.
- Window placement and your last opened PDF are remembered.
- Press X to swap presenter and audience displays.
- Improved navigation controls, recent-file menus, and Linux desktop integration.
The macOS download is signed and notarized. The Windows Microsoft Store update will follow separately.
Built for a simple workflow: export your slides to PDF, open them, and present.

Feedback from anyone presenting PDFs—especially across different displays—is very welcome!
