QueueForge is a self-hosted RabbitMQ DLQ manager. Inspect failed messages, replay safely, and get real-time alerts on issues like stuck consumers, retry loops, and message spikes. Built for engineers who need visibility and control—no scripts, no guesswork.

Hey everyone 👋
I built QueueForge after dealing with RabbitMQ dead-letter queues in production.
Whenever messages failed, they disappeared into DLQs — and recovering them meant digging through logs, writing scripts, and manually requeueing messages. It was slow, error-prone, and honestly frustrating.
QueueForge is my attempt to fix that.
It’s a self-hosted tool where you can:
inspect failed messages
replay them safely
get alerts when something breaks (stuck consumers, retry loops, spikes)
The goal is simple: no more guesswork when messages fail.
Would love to hear:
👉 How are you currently handling DLQs?
👉 What’s the most painful part for you?
All feedback (even brutal 😄) is welcome!
