Customers can join queue with that unique ID and generate a token number. Customers can see live token running.
Joined my local clinic's queue through QLine and watched my token update in real time without refreshing, which was a nice surprise. Simple setup, would actually use this.
the join with unique ID flow is super clean, customers basically just scan and get a token number without any sign up hassle.
