Just accidentally closed my Google Chrome, again! Downloading QBlocker now.

Is there a configurable delay? I'm currently running Command+Q for this exact same purpose but since I find the delay (even at the lowest minimal setting) to be two long, I only enable it for Chrome.

@vallieres Not currently but it's definitely on the list of features I'd like to add! However, if you'd like to have a dabble with it and reduce the delay manually the app is open-source. https://github.com/steve228uk/QB... This line (and a couple of others) are what specify the delay. Reducing the "4" to say "2" should do it 😊

Nice utility. The potential for abuse of power when every key can be logged is a little scary ...errr.. a lot scary.

@happygezim Completely agree, which is one of the reasons I open sourced it. IMO Apple need to require all apps that utilise accessibility APIs to be signed. It's also the way things like TextExpander work 😊

I think there is no need to install an app for that. I'm using this method in the image and works great: http://cl.ly/g8m6

@einancunlu I'd say that's great if you're comfortable not using the CMD + Q shortcut but for me it's the sole way I quit apps and I didn't want to give it up. Changing it to a hold to quit just makes it safer but I can still utilise the shortcut.

@steve228uk Yes of course this would be an option for the people who don't use the shortcut, I missed that point. : )
