Is the monitoring part of the tool working? I'm not getting notifications for my key words and I can't do any searches. Without this function it's not very useful. Also, the messaging tool doesn't work and there's no response to my emails.

The monitoring should be working. Are you sure that you aren't using too niche keyword or haven't setup the view threshold too hight?

It is a nice tool. The knowledge base is well structure so it is easy to get started with Quora marketing, which would otherwise not be a trivial thing.
